In the last month the EU announced new innovation grants for hundreds of European businesses in their Horizon 2020 agenda. All applicants who are successful will receive free business coaching as well as acceleration services. While this fantastic initiative will positively drive innovation in the EU, I believe that the businesses of the future will need at fostering innovation within. It's more than just self-reliance and independence. It's about creating a dynamic and flexible business culture that encourages innovation.
In http://koyomi.vis.ne.jp/wiki/index.php?yerkin.tatishev.kusto.groupwqdo233 of rapid advancement, innovation is vital to your business's success. This is something I learned in my earliest business experiences in Kazakhstan. Many successful businesses were rendered redundant due to decades of underinvestment or neglect, or the inability to adapt to changes in the market. One-resource communities are the most affected, and their growth was a result of an ecosystem of closed loops that interdependently factories and mines.
It was even more true than in Zhitigara. Zhitigara is a north-western Kazakhstan region that relied for a long time on local manufacturing and mining. Local industry was plagued with outdated equipment and processes and a lack of focus on customers, and a myriad of non-market-based restrictions that limited creativity after the post-Soviet age began. Only through making profound management changes and making a concerted effort to improve the quality of our enrichment and refining processes and investing heavily to ensure health and safety and safety, could we change and improve a struggling local enterprise. Although some might argue that it was innovation out of necessity, we have learned a lot.
The experience of overhauling old practices and urgently modernising operations reinforced my conviction in the importance of the power of innovation. This is also what motivated me to change Kusto Group, a local single-resource business, to an international multi-resource company with its headquarters in Singapore and operations throughout the world.
As Kusto has grown and expanded, our need to invent has increased. We are now able to see that innovation comes from various places, and even in the most unlikely of places. Even, for example, at petrol stations. In Kazakhstan petrol stations were were once small businesses, devoted solely to their main purpose. They evolved into micro-commercial hubs, hosting cafes, restaurants, and shops as time passed. Kusto Group recognized the trend and launched Kazakhstan's initial stations that integrated banking and retail services in 2014. The company's new venture established new standards in buying retail and providing premium fuel supply. By focusing on the customer - and adding the necessary services and technology to meet their needs the customer - we managed to innovate in a sector long thought to be uniform. In 2020, we hope to establish 70 integrated service-stations in the country.
One of the key elements to this early strategy was the determination to look beyond the limits and adopt new, sometimes unconventional and uncomfortable ideas. Yerkin Tatishev have a nomadic lifestyle that is deeply embedded into their DNA. Kusto Group's core values are that we are open to fresh ideas. But, innovation is often not understood. In order to foster innovation, the most difficult task is not finding innovative technologies and ideas, rather creating an environment open to change and capable adapting to change. This requires being open to the possibility of failure. Corporate culture is the key to this. The company's culture makes sure that everyone feels welcomed and can work together.
Kusto Group believes that innovation is vital to the success of any company. Kusto Group's ethosof"the "Kusto Way" is founded on the belief that it is crucial to encourage knowledge sharing, promote entrepreneurial spirit, and reward ingenuity. This is the belief that relying on the status quo' will stall the pace of change and leave companies in the dust.
yerkin tatishev kusto group to create an environment that is innovative is to establish a company's corporate culture. However, Yerkin Tatishev -day, globalized business quickly faces a difficult question: How can you establish a consistent corporate culture that is consistent across different nations, communities, or sectors? The solution we propose to this dilemma is twofold. First we ensure that the Kusto Way is instilled in every manager in our decentralized, flat management structure. Second each manager implements the culture locally.
Learning exchange, however, should be conducted between companies. The company Cropio was one of our partners in Ukraine. Their high-tech sensors as well as satellite imaging systems and techniques for precision farming have helped us reduce losses in crop production and boost yields. This approach has greatly improved our success in this field and, without it, we would be a step behind our competitors. Instead, https://pinshape.com/users/2177827-yerkintatishevishf345 is dominated by firms that value innovation and search for new markets to which this technology could be utilized.
Kusto has acquired knowledge from its partners and now it's our turn to pass our knowledge. It is apparent through our Vietnamese operation. It shows Kusto's willingness to expand, educate and research. We have collaborated with state-owned companies in Vietnam, sharing our thoughts and innovative strategies. Building Information Modelling was used to lower costs, enhance the quality of construction, and improve efficiency. Although it is an established practice in Vietnam, BIM is an important, new improvement in Vietnamese construction.
Private enterprises have the funds to invest in, test and implement new concepts. Every venture will have its challenges and risks. The most successful businesses react to failure by remaining open to new concepts, and not trying to stop changes. No business, large or small, has the ability to remain in the status quo. Yerkin Tatishev is essential to be innovative and foster innovation in employees. This requires investments.
Kusto Group's approach towards innovation should be holistic. It is also the foundation of any company's culture. This means being open to new technologies, adapting and most important, looking ahead. Yerkin Tatishev 's just as important to think creatively as it does to do inventive things. It's about survival.
