Committee structure is utterly necessary to the effectiveness of the Association. There are occasions in which the dynamics and reporting or working relationships between Board members, Committees and Management become muddy and also the result can be often frustration as well as a a sense wasted time and effort by all parties involved.

Roles: Committees
