If your inquiry is a feature request, please understand that we have received your request and our development team is constantly working to improve our product. However, due to the small size of our company we are currently unable to supply a timeline for any feature.
If you are still experiencing the issue you wrote in with, please first follow these steps:
1. If you are able to open WhatsApp, create a manual backup by opening [WhatsApp] > [menu button] > [Settings] > [Chat Settings] > [Backup Conversations].
2. Delete WhatsApp by going to [System Settings] > [Manage applications] > [WhatsApp] > [Uninstall].
3. Access http://www.whatsapp.com/android/ on your phone browser.
4. Tap "Download now" - the file will download as an APK file.
5. Open the APK file. Installation will begin automatically.
6. Check to see if your issue is resolved in the latest version.
Still seeing the issue? Please resend us your logs so we can investigate.
To do so:
1. Launch WhatsApp.
2. Press the menu button.
3. Tap [Settings] > [Help] > [Contact Us] (Or simply tap [Contact Us]).
4. Enter a short description of your problem.
5. Select [Done].
6. Change the To: address to "[email protected]".
