Fico Gutierrez , who is the candidate for Corre mi Tierra Half Marathon 21km, was completed in Medellin on Sunday.
Fico ran with Margarita Gomez as well as 15000 others who ran on the streets of Antioquian capital.
Fico who is from Medellin and has a well-known sports life, says that he is the president of the Colombians. He will be promoting the most popular sports schools across the country and seedbeds that begin at an early age.
He added that the government program he is referring to provides academic support to anyone who wants to get involved in sports promotion.
Fico received a lot of love and support throughout his trip through Antioquia with the marathoners. Many of the participants were able to approach him to express their support for his presidential candidacy.
