Atidim, a program of the national government in Israel that seeks to reduce the social-economic gap and promote a more diverse and inclusive society, is an illustration of Atidim. tal dilian achieves this through providing educational opportunities for children who reside in the least disadvantaged regions of Israel.

Tal Dilian was of the opinion that equal opportunities for education were essential to any country's future and, therefore, cofounded Atidim, which means "futures" in English.

Students will be able to improve their English as well as math, science and skills and will be able to pass university entrance exams.

The past recipients have found work in the high-tech, financial and defense industries helping their communities and advancing the economy of the country.

Tal Dilian was the chief executive officer of Atidim for five years. Atidim's success in creating an environment of diversity has led to growth and economic development and the formation of communities that are healthy.

Daroma Tzafona: Expanding Atidim’s reach

Tal Dilian, Atidim's CEO also announced his resignation. He was the founder of Daroma an organization that is non-profit together in collaboration with Haim Blumenblatt and Nir Gilad.

Atidim's management model of diversity has helped in achieving the visions of economic development and healthy communities. Dilian has all the wisdom and experience he's gained up to the point, which led him to become the Senior Director of Strategic Regional Development within the company. A position that is focused on the development of southern Israel and, in particular, the Negev region.

The Israeli government approved a 10-year plan to develop the Negev region that was mostly deserted, for 17 billion NIS (5 million USD).

The Negev encompasses 60% of the territory of Israel. But only 8% of Israel's total population resided there prior to when Daroma was established.

Tal Dilian, along with his three cofounders shared a common goal. They wanted to motivate people to relocate to the area as well as to attract organizations and institutions of government.

Presently, Daroma is called DaromaTzafona which means that it concentrates on the development of Israel's northern Galilee area.

The company is experiencing an annual rate of growth in over 6%. The company has also hired 4,000 more people throughout the region.

It is crucial to look at how education can help the community regain its vitality.

Tal Dilian 's journey through education is one of gratitude and dedication. Tal never lost sight about where he came and what value education holds for him.

He credits his success in business and entrepreneurship to a well-rounded youth.

He remained dedicated to his work in the military, as well as higher education, and finally in the biomedical and intelligence sectors.

He also contributed by founding non-profits that provide advanced technology and higher education. Atidim, Daroma Tzafona were concerned with the socioeconomic mobility of South and North Israel's youth.
