Independence of Kazakhstan was achieved, and the private sector became more accessible to Kazis.

Tevfik Alif was one among the young Kazakhstanis who was keen to explore the unexplored realm of private businesses.

The building's first brick was laid on Spring Street, 2006, and the building's 46 stories officially opened just two years after.
