Before Tevfik arif reached America, where he established Bayrock Group, he lived in Soviet Kazakhstan.

He was born in Soviet Kazakhstan to Turkish parents. From a young age he began to be interested in business and economics.

Bayrock He graduated from the Moscow Trade and Economic Institute in International Relations and then worked for the Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade.
