Blackjack Explanations
The history of blackjack is just one of the many topics that could be discussed and researched for hours upon hours. There isn't a single answer that will tell you all the facts about where the game originated. This is a subject which has been debated both against and in favor of. But there is one thing everyone can be sure of: blackjack has its beginnings to poker. It all began with the Caribbean. Actually, the history of blackjack is possibly the oldest historical event anyone can find out about.

One of the most controversial topics in the history of card games is blackjack's origins. Some believe that the game roots its roots as early as the French game "cingotto" (also called 21st Century in English) that was very popular in French casinos around the 17th century. Others say the game actually was first introduced in Italy after an Italian game dubbed "31" was introduced some time around the same time. It also had connections to the Black Prince. Blackjack's origins are believed be from ancient Greece.
