cx said courier boy tells they do not have image from Snapdeal which product you received for pick up. for them showing same image to pick up so can not pick till the date Snapdeal not send any image to pick up ur product

issue : cx got approximately 250 gm instead of 1 kg packet was without seal //cx also said courier boy tells they do not have image from Snapdeal which product you received for pick up. for them showing same image to pick up so can not pick till the date Snapdeal not send any image to pick up ur product

cx too frustrated because product has not been picking up since 07-04-22 .courier boy is calling to cx for pick up the product but they says when you will come to my office then it can be returned till the date it can not be picked up you do whatever wants but nothing can be happened . and updating fake remarks there without come to pick up.cx is not ready to wait want to pick up within 24 hrs. kindly resolve it .


cx too frustrated because courier charges refund was initiated on 18 apr but amt not yet reflected .refund was initiated from offline mode so cx wants reference number but we do not have reference number /multiples times we have given 24 to 48 hrs but nothing has happened /.cx is not ready to wait wants resolution within 24 hrs. kindly resolve it .


cx too frustrated because return request was raised on 02-05-2022 but still rpu not initiated .cx got used and old product multiples times we have shared 24 to 48 hrs now cx is not ready to wait so wants resolution within 24 hrs .kindly resolve this issue.

cx too frustrated because CCA was marked on 10-apr-2022 but still refund is not initiated .amt was paid by credit card .multiples times we have shared 24 to 48 hrs but nothing has happened .RMT team also send mail multiples times for resolve within 48 hrs now cx is not ready to wait wants refund within 24 hrs //kindly resolve this issue .


cx too frustrated because cx said he is not able to send his product by manually because he go to office from 8 am to 9 pm so do not have time and mom dad are senior citizen so they also can not go anywhere now he wants pick up from our end .kindly resolve this issue.
