- Fry Pancetta with some olive oil crispy
- Cut Carrot, Onion, Celery into fine cubes
- Add Veggies to Pot with Pancetta when its crispy
- Fry Beef/Pork Mince in pan (optional add some herbs)
- Add Beef/Pork Mince to pot
- Add Milk, Tomato Puree, Beef Stock, (optional Red Wine) to pot
- Season with salt / pepper (Anni)
- cook on medium heat / stir from time to time

2 Eggs
Salt
1 1/2 TL Olive oil
1 1/2 TL Water
- Put everything together
- Knead dough for ~ 10 min
- dough rest for ~30 min
- makes noodles
- Boil salty water
- Boil noodles for ~ 3 min
