At that point the Trump Organization was managed by the former American President Donald Trump.

Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and Trump Organization began to work together in New York City's real property market.

Tevfik arif who was the founder, created an arrangement to give Spring Street more brand recognition.

The proposal would give the Trump Organization 18% equity of the building, as a condition for the Trump name being used to create the building's name.

All three firms agreed to the agreement, and in 2006, the initial brick of what would become Trump SoHo was laid.

Two years later Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) along with the Sapir Organization created Trump SoHo to add to the city's skyline.

The 46 stories of Trump SoHo featured exclusive bars and restaurants as well as banquet and event rooms, pools that are open to the air events and conference halls, spa facilities, apartments and hotel suites.

Handel Architects was entrusted as the designer of the exterior design of Trump SoHo, since the three main companies behind the building were focused primarily on perfection.
