Trump SoHo was a great success immediately, which prompted Bayrock Group to expand their cooperation with the Trump Organization.


Their dream was of building structures similar to Trump SoHo, Arizona and Florida on the same terms that Trump SoHo. In exchange, the Trump Organization would receive 18 percent equity in the structure in exchange for the use of the Trump brand. Again.
