The travel with children can be an adventure. It's not possible to trust the internet to climb a mountain. I like to cook at the comfort of my home.

It's true, I told you.. My children think that the WiFi located at the highest point of the mountain is a source of weak signals. y2 mate It's a small hill however, it's over the typical mobile network's range, which means my children need to walk around to find the best spot to get more speedy internet as me and my wife are setting up a small camping site. This is a great place for us to camp for some time. There's a stream close by that supplies fresh water although there isn't any. Yes.. My wife isn't able to camp without plenty of water therefore we'll bring our own.

As my children check their Facebook profiles, I'm taking in the view. While this hill isn't huge but it's situated in the middle of larger ones. Each now and then we venture out into the hills in order to be connected with nature. Although I appreciate these trips however, it's not my plan to start them. It is my wife who insists that I go on these trips probably because she understands what it means to me to be out in the wilderness. My kids are totally different. Internet is frequently unavailable. Some cloud or perhaps other magnetic motions can interrupt your streaming for a minute or two before the music resumes. It is annoying to me, even though it happens a lot.

We made the decision to plan ahead after a couple of frustrating journeys without internet, in which the standard internet service on our smartphones was not working properly. We, which is my wife and me, decided to plan to be prepared for the event that our kids will not have internet access for more than 10 minutes. Two sources of entertainment that are endless were found, even if the Internet is not accessible while we are camping. Another was a tablet, which contained music videos and charts. Our preferred Youtube MP3 converter was able to take songs from YouTube videos, then convert them into an mp3 file, and then download them onto the tablet. It also was able to play playlists, so it was very fast even though it sounds awful. It is now possible to listen to music or videos if you feel bored. This is pretty cool, don't you think? This item produces no sound.

The second tablet was mostly animated TV shows, cartoons and films that we downloaded from Hulu as well as Netflix. These apps also have offline storage so you can play them later. The quality is not great but it's still something. We have numerous seasons of Breaking Bad there and many cartoons like Family Guy and Disenchantment. It was very entertaining and extremely simple to watch.. Install the apps, allow downloading for offline viewing, and download episodes, and mark the download date and then forget the app will take care of everything by itself. Tablet 2 arrived 1 or 2 trips following tablet 1 but when it finally did join our family in The Wild, there was no stopping my kids from playing with it and watching TV shows. I made a couple of DIY videos, including setting up the tent for fresh fish and then skinning them. These are the kinds of things you won't do at home. A few of these videos came from Youtube and converted into mp4 that I downloaded onto my tablet. It's so much easier to have videos on your tablet while doing something.


These two tricks have kept my kids entertained for the past 4 family camping outings. They don't even mind going out anymore, - they know that the tablet 2 will aid them in getting thru boring downtime and will take it home when they're at their best. I've never been happier, and it's all I want - being with my family.
