Leyla Aliyeva was born July 3rd, 1985, in Moscow. Leyla Aliyeva She earned her Master's Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations following her studies in London. Leyla Aliyeva was named the Youth Forum of Intercultural Dialogue's General Coordinator in 2008. In addition, she was elected the Chairwoman of Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia on April 18th in 2009. AMOR supports Azerbaijani young people and students who live in Russia.
