Communication is a huge issue. It's a danger caused by us. It starts one second after the initial interaction with another person, and concludes with a massive explosion...
Our biggest mistake is that, with no reason whatsoever, we nearly always assume complete alignment in the expectations of both parties without trying to pick our partner's mind to understand what his expectations of us are. One thing we do have in common is that our counterpart does not miss the chance to expand this expectation gap ..... We don't require anyone to alert us of the coming conflict.

There are many causes of confusion. They usually are related to our personality. Individuals with squares are likely to be misinformed by those who are liberal, while individuals who are aggressive will have difficult to align expectations with passive ones. But this is easy to spot - we recognize squared from liberal and aggressive from passive.
What if they were very different? There is a chance that there exists a gap in their personalities that we aren't aware of. It has never been discovered or been warned of or studied it. !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to present to you an entirely different kind of personality The FULL and the Half Circle personality! !
It is a behavioral guide. After reading the analysis below attempt to determine which personality best describes you. Also, try to find out who your partner is in life. You may be surprised to discover that your personalities differ. According to Bono sang, "we are one, but we're not the same." It's a good sign because it could mean that you've discovered the cause of many of your different personalities. If, for instance you're of similar to one another and you are not, I am sorry but I cannot assist you in understanding why you are in relationships that appear to be so terrible.
Here we begin...
Rami Beracha
Two types of human beings are there. There are those who are "full-circle" type, a self-contained person that finds it easy to be completely by themselves. It is true that he may need an accomplice. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... However, he cannot survive without his dream partner until he finds one. When he finds the right one then he'll be able to continue his life with his full circle of companions.
Rami Beracha
The other group is the "half-acircle" kind of people. And once they have found the terrible creature, they DO NOT LET GO! They'll attempt to live with their victim as if they were one of them and will not let go of the concept of living together. The Halves will never compromise their affection for one another. They will gaze at each one another in the same manner in the distance, and then rest. It is impossible to make them feel more intimate than that.
A fascinating observation between the kinds is the way they choose to leave their companion. The full circle will naturally release themselves quickly from the person he has lost chemistry with. The "half-a-circle" type will however redefine what it means to have mutual chemistry with their partners. They will say that they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD' until they can replace him with a more effective version.

Imagine a dance in which a half-a-circle and a full circle are trying to make their partner happy. However, the Half is able to move two steps ahead of the comfort zone. This unexpected invasion into his private space can be somewhat daunting. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfortable zone . Even though the Half thinks that the Full made an innocent wrong move, and he graciously compensated by taking another step forward, the Half gets more worried and starts to feel irritated. They can understand the reason, but since they don't have the right terms to explain their confusion and head to the wrong places. They could have saved their lives knowing that one half and the other one is Full.
This essay doesn't have an end-to-end conclusion. However it does contain some actions.
1. Find out who you really are

2. Find out more about your friend
3. Recognize that there is a distinction.

3. Respect the difference!
