'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha's blog is about the venture capital market. Rami is co-founder and CEO at Sosa.
Communication issues are a major issue. It can be a minefield and is entirely our mistake. It begins one second after the first contact is made with someone and ends with an incredible explosion...
רמי ברכה
Our biggest mistake is almost always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations from both sides. We don't want to get inside our partner's thoughts to find the expectations he has. There's one thing, however, which we are in total alignment with our partner on and he doesn't hesitate to miss the chance to increase the gap between expectations. .... We are not alerted by anyone.
There are many reasons for confusion, and many of them stem from our personality. Individuals with squares are likely to miscommunicate with people of a liberal mindset, and aggressive personalities will find difficult to align expectations with passive ones. This is easy to spot as We all know what the word "squared" signifies.
What if they were completely different? Imagine the personality gap. No one has ever discovered it and warned of it, studied it...NOT EVEN FREUD! !
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you all to a different type of personality: The FULL versus the half circle people! !
Note : This is a guide for behavior. When you read the analysis below, try to identify the personality that best describes you. Additionally, you should find out who your partner is in your life. If you discover that you're distinct types - like Bono song says "we are one but we are not the same" You should be very happy because you may have found the reason behind many of your differences! If you're not the type you're looking for I'm sorry that I could not help you understand the reasons why your relationships look like crap.
Rami Beracha
Let's get going...
We humans are divided into two. Some of us fall into the "full-circle" category which refers to a person that can be completely independent and does not feel like the need for an accomplice. He's in need of a partner. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... It is possible to live without his ideal partner. He is determined to share his life with his beloved, and he is hopeful to complete his circle.

Half-circle people constitute the remaining half of humanity. Once they have found the miserable creature and they are determined to keep it go. They'll work to physically join their victim to create one happy circle. They won't compromise on being capable of looking at each other for the rest their lives. They'll never compromise on anything less intimate to satisfy their desire to be integrated with their other half to make a complete.
Rami Beracha
A fascinating observation of the two types relates to the choice to let go of the person you are with. The entire circle is likely to let go of a person with whom they have lost his chemistry quickly. The half-circle types, on the other hand they will redefine the concept of 'having mutual chemistry with their companions as 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD until I can safely replace him with a proper upgrade'.
Imagine the most amazing dance, in which a "half circle", and a 'full-circle", are trying to compete and not even noticing their different geometries. The Half is smiling and moves two steps in the direction of. The Full is a bit frightened by this unwelcome invasion to be somewhat frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He pushed the Half out of his comfort zone . While the Half thinks that the Full made an innocent mistake, and graciously compensated by taking another step forward, the Half becomes more concerned and begins to feel irritated. They don't know why but they aren't using the correct terms and are unable to explain it. So they go to the wrong places. They could have been saved by knowing that the answer they're looking for is Half and the other one is full.
There is no single answer to this essay. However, there are a few action items:
1. Learn more about who you are.
2. Find out who your partner is
3. There is a distinction.
Rami Beracha
3. Respect that difference!
Rami Beracha
One of the conclusions is to live and let life.
