Our biggest mistake is to think that we are completely aligned in our expectations for each other without trying to guess what our partner expects from us. There's one thing, however, which we are in total accord with our partner in the other hand - he never misses the chance to increase the gap in expectations. .... We don't require anyone to alert us of the upcoming conflict.
There are many potential causes of miscommunications. Most are due to differences in our personalities. The squared personality is more likely than liberal individuals to be misinformed, while individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty aligning expectations with passive. This is easy to spot as We all know what the word "squared" means.

What if they're very different? They'll not be aware of that. It is possible that there is a personality gap between them that exists however, we aren't aware about it. No one has ever discovered it and warned of it, studied it...NOT even been frightened! !
Let me introduce you ladies and gentlemen to the new type of personality that we all share: the FULL CIRCLE personalities versus those of the HALF-CIRCLE people. !
It is a behavioral guide. If you go through the following analysis, try to identify which type of personality best describes you. Additionally, you should find out who your partner is in your life. If you realize that you are of distinct types and you are not satisfied. This could be the reason behind some of your differences. If, on the other hand you're the same person, then I am sorry but I cannot assist you in understanding the reason why your relationships appear to be so terrible.

There are two kinds of human beings: humans. Some of us are the 'full-circle' types who are self-contained and finds it easy to be alone. He requires a companion. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... But, he can survive without his dream partner until he finds one. Once he has found the right one then he'll be able to continue the rest of his life with his complete circle partner.

The other aspect of humanity is made up of "half-a-circle" kinds - (no, it's not full circles that were damaged during the delivery) (see below) ... Yes they are in need of partners and yes, they need an ally desperately, indeed, they are constantly searching, even religious, to find a suitable partner... and yes it's the same in terms of national security for them to locate their ideal partner as they just cannot survive without one. And once they have found the miserable creature, THEY DO NOT LET GO! They'll work to physically integrate their victim in a happy circle. The Halves will not accept anything less than looking at one another from a distance for the rest. Their desire to be one with their spouse and create a whole will only be fulfilled by something less intimate.
An interesting distinction between the two types relates to the decision to let go of a partner. The full circle will naturally be able to let go of the person he has lost chemistry with. The half-a–circle' types on the other hand will redefine the concept of 'having the same chemistry' as their partners to be: 'I'm holding onto this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him in a proper manner'.
Imagine the incredible dance between the "half-a circle" and a full-circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfort zone . Although the Half thinks that the Full made an innocent error, and was kind enough to compensate by taking a second step ahead, the Half is more worried and starts to feel irritated. They are unable to explain their pain and don't know why. They could have been saved had they known that the one they are looking for is Half and the other is full.
Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are several options to take.
1. Find out who you really are.
2. Discover who is your partner really is
3. Recognize that there is a huge difference.
