Miscommunication is a serious problem. It's a minefield of our own making. It starts just seconds after our first contact with someone and culminates in an incredible explosion...
Our biggest mistake is almost always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations for both sides. We don't try to read our partner's mind to find out his expectations. One thing we can be sure of that our partner will not miss an chance to expand this gap . There's no one on the planet to warn us to the upcoming clash.

There are many reasons behind miscommunications. They usually are related to our personas. Square people are more likely to communicate in a misguided manner than liberal individuals, and individuals who are aggressive may have trouble aligning their expectations with the expectations of passive people. This is easy to identify as We all know what the word "squared" is.
What if they were very different? There is a chance that there exists a personality gap, which is not known about. Nobody has ever found it or been warned of or studied it. !

Note: A behavior guideline when reading the next analysis, try to figure out which personality most accurately describes you as well as try to figure out which one of your friends is. You may be surprised find that your personalities differ. Like Bono said, "we are one, but we are not exactly the identical." It's a positive sign since it could indicate that you've discovered the cause of of your different personalities. Humans can be divided into two categories. A few of us fall under the "full-circle" category, which is an individual who is totally independent and doesn't feel that needing to have a partner. He's in need of a partner. Absolutely! It's all true! ... However, he'll never be able survive without the right companion. When he has found one, he wishes to live the rest of his life, in a relationship with his hopefully complete circle - of friends.
The other side of humanity is made up of "half-a-circle" kind of people that are (no, it's not full circles that have been damaged during the birth) - ... It's true, they need a partner, yes, they want an ally desperately, yes, they're constantly searching, even religious, for a partner... and yes it's on the same scale in terms of national security that they find their perfect partner since they just cannot live without one. They are not going to let go of the miserable creature once they find it. To create the illusion of a happy circle, they'll try to integrate their victim physically. The Halves will never compromise their affection for one another. They will gaze at each one another in the same manner in the distance, and then remainder of the time. Their desire to become one with their other half and create a whole will only be satisfied by things that aren't as intimate.
The decision to let go of someone is a common observation. The complete circle will usually let go quickly of the partner with whom they've lost their chemistry. The half-circle types, on the other hand will redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their companions and say 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD, , until I can replace him with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine the amazing dance between a "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he took half of his comfort zone .... and while the Half was convinced that the Full had made an innocent mistake, the Half begins getting annoyed and makes another step forward. They aren't sure why, but they aren't using the correct terms and are unable to explain it. So they go to the wrong areas. They could have saved their own lives being aware that one is Half and the other is Full.
This essay doesn't have an end-to-end conclusion. However it does contain a few actions items.
1. Find out who you really are.
2. Discover who is your partner really is
3. Recognize that there is a big distinction.
3. Respect the distinction!
