You must be genuinely passionate about the dream and believe that it is a good idea to be successful. The most important aspect of the venture that you choose to pursue is the degree to which you trust the concept behind it. After you have begun the process, don't be afraid to make adjustments as you progress. Better to fix and change things at the beginning rather before you spend time and money.
Rami Beracha shares his life experiences with students of the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. When he was young, Rami decided to study law. While he wasn’t certain that it was the best career choice, he pursued his studies in law, obtaining the Master's degree in New York and worked as an intern for a law company abroad. He realized that his love was more in business than law through his time at the Wall Street law office. He quit his job and went to France to take on an MBA.
Soon after her graduation in 1996, Beracha joined the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is Israel's biggest venture capital firm. Pitango is focused on startups in the early stages developing core areas of high-tech with over 200 investments and over 85 exits so far. Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000. In the following 18 years, the company managed many deals that led to successful exits from Fortune 500 giants Broadcom, Marvel Cisco, Cisco, Apple, and Cisco.
He didn't stop there. Globes in 2011 gave Beracha "Esteemed Partner" recognition in recognition of his work as an investor. Rami established Sosa in 2014, a new initiative. Sosa has innovation centers operating located in New York City and Tel Aviv which provide assistance to high-tech companies searching to collaborate with entrepreneurs from around the world interested in working with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently selected to oversee and develop the New York City's cyber center.

Beracha has two new projects in development. Beracha, along with a few business partners, has recently launched the London Blockchain Venture Capital Investment Fund. Beracha has played a key role in establishing Israel as a major global high tech center and is ready for a wider market. Beracha's business outlook was reflected in the investment fund. Beracha plans to also establish a Middle Eastern venture capital fund. He believes now is the right time to invest in the Arab Market following the recent conclusion of Abraham Accords with Israel and United Arab Emirates. What better place for a start than the wealthy and super modern Dubai? His new fund, Ender Ventures as he calls it, will join Israeli as well as European Investors to support UAE high tech companies in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and robotics. The United Arab Emirates has a unique perspective on business. It is likely to draw several companies to its gates in the next few years because of its low corporate tax rates and a very friendly legislation for business.

Ramiberacha's Challenging Past
While Rami Beracha seems to be success in every endeavor he's done but it wasn't always that effortless. Beracha was a soldier as an untrained young man, like the majority of Israelis. He became a Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and participated in the Lebanon War. Rami joined a rescue party that was sent to assist wounded soldiers in a wild minefield in 1983, just after the war. Rami, unfortunately, stepped on a mine hidden beneath his feet. He was seriously injured.

He went through one of the most difficult times of his life and his hospitalization was the culmination of it. He was in a state of disarray and unable to move and eventually began to feel depressed and hopeless. His hopes of establishing his army career were lost to him. He didn’t even know who he really was. Rami's illness helped him discover the drive and passion to keep living and dream up new ones. He set out to become stronger and healthier than he had been before his injuries. Rami played with a variety of extreme sports. He enjoys kitesurfing and snowboarding. He has also trekked up Mount Kilimanjaro. He often feels his unrestrained past pushing him to his limits and racing him.
Rami donates to and volunteers in many organisations and is passionate about helping young soldiers like him, who have been injured in combat. Rami was part of a team that suffered injuries during his time in the army on an Nepal trip in 2016. He was elevated to the rank of major both in the Israeli paratrooper ranks as well as the fire brigades. His dreams as young people could be realized occur, despite all of the difficulties he encountered. His passion and life story provide inspiration to other people. Rami refused to let his injuries hold him from achieving his goals. He continued learning and trying out new techniques until finally he was more resilient than ever.
