'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

This is the blog of Rami Beracha on the venture capital world. Rami is co-founder and CEO of Sosa.
It's a big problem when people don't understand. It's a minefield of our own making. It begins seconds after our first interaction with someone and concludes with an amazing explosion...

The biggest error we make is that, for no reason at all, we always assume complete alignment in both sides' expectations without trying to discern our partner's mind to determine what his expectations from us are. However, there is one thing we can almost always are in agreement on: he won't miss the chance ....to widen the expectation gap No one is there to warn us of the imminent conflict.
There are a myriad of reasons that could lead to confusion. People with square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate frequently with liberal personalities. Aggressive personalities may have difficulty aligning expectations with passive individuals. This is easy to spot as We all know what the word "squared" is.

What if they're completely different? Imagine if there's a gap in personality. It has never been discovered by anyone and warned of it, or investigated it...NOT EVEN FREUD! !

Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to a different kind of personality that is shared by all of us: the FULL CIRCLE and the HALF CIRCLE types! !
Note - This is a behavioral guide. If you go through the following article Try to figure out which type of personality best describes you. Additionally, you should determine who your partner is in your life. If you realize that you're different types - like Bono says, "we can be one however we are not the same" If you do, then you ought to be very content as you may have identified the reason behind the differences between you. If, however, you are identical in your appearance, then I'm sorry that I'm not able to tell you why your relationships look so horrible.
Rami Beracha
Let's start...
רמי ברכה
There are two types of human beings that are called humans. There are two types of human beings that are the full circle kind, who is completely self-contained and is completely comfortable being alone. Yes, he needs an accomplice, yes, he wants a partner, and yes, he's on a continuous search of a partner. Absolutely! All true! ... But, he won't be able to survive without the right partner. After he has found his dream partner and is ready to live his life shoulder-to-shoulder with his - hopefully full circle of friends.
Others are those who are "half-acircle" kinds. They'll never let go of the idea once they've found their miserable companion. They'll attempt to live with their victim as if were one of them, and refuse to give up the idea of living in harmony. The Halves do not want to compromise their desire to staring at each at each other from a distance of 0 for the rest of their lives. Their desire to become one with their partner and form a unit will only be fulfilled by something less intimate.
An interesting observation in these two typesof people: the decision to let a partner go. The entire circle is likely to be the first to let go of a companion with whom he has lost his chemistry quickly. Half-circles, on the other hand, will redefine the definition of having chemistry mutually with their partners and say 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I can safely replace him using a suitable upgrade'.
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs that occurs when two "half circle" and a "full-circle" attempt to make each other, without being aware of their distinct geometries. The Half is smiling and makes two steps in the direction of. The Full is a bit frightened by the unwelcome intrusion slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfort zone . Even though the Half thinks that the Full made an innocent error, and kindly compensated by making another step ahead, the Half is more concerned and begins to get angry. The Full and the Half know why but lack proper terminology. They're unable to adequately explain their anguish so they look for the wrong things. The victims could have been spared if they had known that the one they are searching for is Half and the other is full.
Although there isn't a single solution, there are steps you can do.
Rami Beracha
1. Learn who you truly are
2. Find out who your true partner is
רמי ברכה
3. Recognize the difference.
Rami Beracha
3. Respect the distinction!
Actually, there's only one possible conclusion.
