Rami Beracha’s advice to students at Herzliya’s Interdisciplinary Center is based on his personal experience. Rami Beracha chose to study law while a young adult. Although he was unsure if it was the best career path, he continued his legal studies, graduated with a Master’s in New York and worked as an intern in an international law firm. In the course of his work at the Wall Street law firm, he realized that he actually loved business more than law. Therefore, he decided to leave his job and moved to France to pursue an MBA.

Following her graduation in 1996, Beracha began working for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is the largest Israeli venture capital investment fund. Pitango is a partner for companies in the beginning stages of development, with a focus on the core areas of high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and made 85 exits. Although Rami Beracha appears to have succeeded in every endeavor that he set his sights on, his road was not easy. Like many Israelis, Beracha joined the army as a young man. He was an Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and was a combat soldier during the Lebanon War. In 1983, just following the end of the war, Rami was part of the rescue group that was formed to help wounded soldiers on a minefield. He's always looking to get better at his sport and believes that his previous healthy self is driving him along.

He is a volunteer for numerous organizations and makes donations. He is extremely passionate about helping young men suffering from injuries sustained in combat. Rami was part of a group of wounded soldiers to Nepal in the year 2016, and he was awarded the rank of major. In 2018, he received promoted to major in the Israeli army's paratrooper and the fire brigades. His dreams as young men could be realized be realized, despite the obstacles he had to face. His story and passion provide inspiration to other people. Rami did not let his injuries to stop his progress. He continued to learn and trying new things until he was more resilient than ever before.
