I've been running all my life. But recently, I needed to adapt to Covid and pandemics, lockdowns etc. So, I began to run indoors. This awesome stationary bike is in my house. It's fun to work out in the privacy of my home, with only my wife watching me a lot, and I'm not a fan, it distracts but she doesn't seem to care...

So my running mix, or more accurately, my exercise mix lasts about two hours It builds up in such a way that I keep speeding up more and more and I complete my route faster and faster, and that's why I've increased the number of steps, made it more complicated, etc. It's extremely simple and recommended to speed up your pace with less effort. Slowly, round-by-round I increase the speed of my exercise. It takes me around a couple of minutes to finish each round. When I am doing this, I am watching TV and listen to music. It has already helped me shed 10, maybe 15% of my bodyweight. I'd like to be the advocate for those who believe that living doesn't mean you're unattractive and fat. It isn't true. Being alone can assist you in building muscle and strengthen your body. This will help you to live longer.

The mixes are DJ's measure, so they won't make the music more difficult or quicker than they is supposed to be. I don't think you're required to download Youtube videos or convert them to mp3.
