Mr. Grinshpun started out in business in 1994, working as a Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" that was focussed on oil production and the marketing of metals across the world. Emmanuil Grinshpun One year later Grinshpun joined Trans Commodities Incoration. He held the position of CIS Countries Manager. Grinshpun began his the business world in 1994, working as Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" which specifically focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals throughout the world. He was a part of Trans Commodities Incorporation one year later, and was appointed the position of CIS Countries Manager.

Emmanuil Grinshpun In 1997, he was appointed as the General Manager for the Moscow office of Trans Commodities USA. He is still working in the international business dealing with metals. He was a member of the Board for Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, an organization that produces more than 1,000,000 tons of steel-related products annually. He is involved in the trading of the products of the Moldovan Steel plant since 2004 in close cooperation with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

In 2000 , Mr. Grinshpun, together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company which was among the biggest independent natural gas producers and sellers operating across the world was involved in a significant energy project for the Moldovan region. Emmanuil Grinshpun was the founder of "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company" and also the General Manager.

Mr. Grinshpun works in a number of activities within the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998 he is the fiduciary shareholder and president of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" The company is Moldovan oldest and most respected factory, producing food product lines such as mayonnaise mustard, vinegar sunflower seed oil, halvah, etc.

Mr.Grinshpun is a participant in the society social policy. Additionally, he is a part of EJP as the founding and board member of the Jewish community of Moldova.
