Miscommunication is a big issue. It's a hazard we've created. It begins seconds after making contact and then ends with an incredible explosion...
The biggest error we make is always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations on both sides. We don't try to read the thoughts of our partner to figure out what his expectations are. One thing which we are in total agreement with our partner on the other hand - he never misses the chance to increase the gap in expectations. .... And we don't need anyone to warn us of the upcoming conflict.

There are many possible sources of miscommunications. The majority of them are caused by personality differences. Square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate than liberal individuals, and people who are aggressive might have trouble aligning their expectations with the expectations of passive people. This is evident - squared can be distinguished from liberal, whereas aggressive individuals can be distinguished from passive.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to a different type of personality we all share: The FULL CIRCLE and the HALF CIRCLE personality! !

Two kinds of people are human. There are two types of humans: the 'full circle' type, who is totally self-contained and feels completely at ease in their own space. Yes, he wants to be a part of a group and, the truth is, he's always on the lookout for people to share his life with. Absolutely! It is all true ... However, he cannot survive without his dream companion until he can find one. Once he's found one, he wishes to live his life, by his side with his - hopefully full circle - partner.
The other aspect of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" kinds - (no, it's not full circles that were damaged during the delivery) The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types ... Yes, they need an accomplice, yes, they want to find a partner very badly, and yes, they're in constant and almost religious search for a partner... and yes, it's on the same scale as matters of national security to find their partner because they simply cannot live without one. Once they find the awful creature and they are unable to let go! To form a joyful circle, they be able to almost join the victims... but don't let them do this absurdity of living side-by-side! The Halves aren't willing to compromise on anything less than staring at each other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. Their desire to merge with their partner and create a whole will only be fulfilled by something less intimate.
One of the most fascinating observations between kinds is the way they choose to let go of their companion. Someone who is no longer chemistry-wise within the circle will be dismissed easily by the entire circle. The 'half-a-circle' types, on the other hand they will redefine the concept of having chemistry mutually with their companions as 'I'm holding on to this B..ST..RD, , until I can replace him with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine the fantastic dance that takes place when the "half" and "full" circle try to force each other to become their partner. They're not aware of their different perspectives. The Half takes two leaps in the air, way beyond the comfort space of the Full who finds this sudden invasion of his personal space too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Problem is, he made the Half step outside of his comfort zone ...... The Half realizes that the Full made an innocent mistake, so the Half takes a second step backwards.. But the Half quickly gets angry and begins to take an even bigger and more aggressive step.. They can't explain their pain and don't know why. They could have saved their lives by knowing that one is Half and the other one is Full.
