'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha has created this blog to discuss the business of venture capital. Rami is Co-Founder of Sosa.
The issue of miscommunication is serious. I'd say it's a dangerous hazard that we created .. It starts one second after the initial contact is made with someone and ends with an incredible explosion...
The most common mistake we make is to think that we are completely aligned in our expectations of each other without trying to guess what our partner expects from us. There is one thing, however, which we are in total accord with our partner in - he also doesn't miss an opportunity to widen the gap in expectations. .... And no one is there to warn us about the upcoming clash.
There are a variety of reasons for confusion, and they are usually caused by our personalities. People with square personalities are more likely to confuse those who are liberal, while aggressive personalities will find difficult to align expectations with passive ones. However, this is not difficult to identify - we all know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.

Imagine if they were very different? Think about if there is a personality gap. It has not been found or reported on or studied by anyone. !

Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you all to a different type of personality The FULL and the Half Circle personality! !

Note - This is a guide to behavior. When you read the following article, try to identify which personality best describes you. Also, try to identify your partner in life. If you find that you're of two different kinds, then you should be content. This could be the cause of many of your differences. If, on the other hand you're the same type, then I am sorry, but I can't help you understand why you are in relationships that appear to be so terrible.
Let's start...
Rami Beracha
Two groups of humans can be described as human. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category that is a person that can be completely independent and doesn't believe that he needs a partner. He does want to be a part of a group, and the truth is, he's always seeking an individual to share his experiences with. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... He is still able to survive without his dream partner. When he finds the right person, he will be able to live his life with his full circle of companions.
The "half of a circle" individuals on the opposite side need an accomplice. They will not let go of the savage creature after they have found it. They'll try to physically join their victim into a happy circle. They won't compromise on being in a position to gaze at one with each other for the rest of their lives. Nothing less intimate will satisfy their urge to integrate with the other half and create an entire.
Rami Beracha
An interesting distinction between the two types is the decision to leave a partner. The entire circle is likely to let go of a partner who has lost their chemistry rapidly. The half-circle's on the other side will redefine the notion of having chemistry' with their partners to be: 'I'm hanging the B..ST..RD. Until I can replace him correctly'.
Imagine the most amazing dance, when a "half a-circle", and a 'full-circle" are trying to create one another, without being aware of their distinct geometries. The Half smiles and moves two steps forward. The Full finds the unwelcome intrusion somewhat frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half step out of his comfort zone ...... The Half realizes that the Full was making an error that was not his fault, and they take another step backwards.. But the Half soon becomes upset and starts to make a bigger, more aggressive step.. They know why but for lack of proper terminology and the inability to properly describe their agony and they turn to the wrong places! The victims could have been spared if they had known that the one they are looking for is Half and the other is full.
While there's no one solution, there are actions you can do.
1. Learn who you are
2. Find out who you are with
3. Know the difference.
3. Respect this distinction!
Let's just say that there is only one conclusion Live and let be.
