The biggest mistake we make is that we assume total alignment in each other's expectations, without ever trying to understand our partner's expectations. One thing, however, which we are in total accord with our partner in and he doesn't hesitate to miss an opportunity to widen the gap in expectations. .... We don't even need anyone to alert us of the coming conflict.
There are a variety of reasons that lead to communication issues, and the majority of them have to do with our personalities. The squared personality is more likely than those with liberal personalities to communicate poorly, while individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty aligning expectations with passive. This is easy to see that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberals, and aggressive can be distinguished from passive.
What if they're very different? Only they won't realize it. Imagine that there is a kind of a personality gap which exists, but we are not aware of. This isn't something anybody has researched or warned about, nor discovered. !
Ladies and gentlemen! Let me present to you a brand-new personality one that we all share. The FULL CIRCLE personalities are different from the HALF CLIRCLE personalities. !

Here we are...
There are two kinds of human beings: humans. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is completely self-sufficient and does not feel like needing to have a partner. Yes, he needs partners, yes, there is a need for a partner and yes, he's on a continuous search of the right partner. Absolutely! It's all true ... But, he can survive without the perfect partner until he does. Once he has found the perfect one and has found the right one, he'll be able to enjoy the rest of his life with his complete circle of friends.

The "half a circle" people on the other side need an accomplice. They won't let go once they've found their miserable partner. They'll try to physically join their victim in order to create one happy circle... and do not allow them to experience the dreadful reality of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves will not give up anything less than starring one at the other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy can satisfy their need to connect with each other and make a whole.
A fascinating observation of the two types of people is the decision to let go of the person you are with. The complete circle will usually release the partner with whom they've lost chemistry with. However, half-circles will alter the definition of chemistry between couples to mean - "I hold onto this B..ST..RD., until I am able to replace him with a better version."
Imagine the amazing dance that occurs between the "half-a circle" and a full-circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he did this by forcing the Half out of his comfortable zone . As the Half believes that the Full committed an error that was not his fault and responded with a step forward the Half begins to become annoyed and take a step backward.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. They know why, but because they don't know the proper terminology they can't adequately explain their madness and turn towards the wrong direction. They could have saved their lives being aware that one is Half and the other is Full.
There isn't any single solution, there are a few actions you can adopt.
