Miscommunication is a big issue. It's a minefield that we've have created. It begins a second after making contact with someone, and ends with an amazing explosion...
We make the biggest error of believing that we are in complete alignment with our partners' expectations. The one thing we do agree on is that our counterpart does not miss the chance to expand this expectation gap ..... There's no one on the planet to warn us of the coming conflict.
There are many causes for confusion, and many of them are related to our personality. People with square personalities are more likely not to communicate with those who are liberal. People who are aggressive will have trouble aligning their expectations and those of passive individuals. This is easy to see that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, whereas aggressive can be distinguished from passive.
However, they might not realize that they're different. Imagine to yourself that there is a kind of a personality gap which exists, but which is not even noticed by us. Nobody has ever found it, warned about or investigated it. !

Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to a brand new type of personality we all share: The FULL CIRCLE and the HALF CIRCLE types! !
Note: This analysis provides the ability to make better decisions about your behavior. Try to figure the personality that best defines who you are and then find out the person who is your partner. If you find that you're two different people - as Bono says, "we can be one however we are not the same" You should be extremely happy because you might have found the reason behind many of your differences. If however, you're two of the same type and you're both of the same type, then I'm unable to tell you the reason why your relationships appear so horrible.

There are two kinds of human beings human beings. Some of us fall into the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is completely self-sufficient and does not feel like he needs an accomplice. Yes, he wants to connect with other people and yes, he is always seeking an individual to share his experiences with. Absolutely! It's all true ... But, until he's found his ideal partner, he CAN survive without one. When he has found the one he wants, he would like to continue living his life, by his side with his - hopefully full circle - partner.

Other people are the "half-acircle" kind of people. They will not let go of the miserable creature after they have found it. They'll attempt to live with their victim as if were one of them, and not give up on the idea of living together. The Halves will not compromise on their desire to staring at each one from a distance that is zero for the rest of their lives. They'll never settle for something less intimate to fulfill their desire to connect with each other and make up a whole.

The decision to let go of someone is a common observation. The whole circle will typically let go of a partner with whom they have lost their chemistry rapidly. The 'half-a circle' type , however, will redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They will say that they are 'holding on to this B..ST..RD until they are able to replace him with a more effective upgrade.

Imagine the amazing dance that occurs when a "half circle", and a 'full-circle" are trying to make each other, and not even noticing their distinct geometrical shapes. The Half is smiling and moves two steps in the direction of. The Full considers this unwelcome invasion to be somewhat frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Only problem is that by that he took the Half out of his comfortable zone .... The Half is convinced that the Full has made an innocent wrong move and promptly compensates with another step forward. However, the Full begins to be irritated and make another, bigger step in the opposite direction.. the Half begins to realize that there is something sinister about what's going on here and his next step is not at all gentle.. the Full.. the Half.. the Full and the half both are angry at each other. The Full and the Half are aware of the reason, but they lack proper terms. They're unable to adequately explain their feelings, so they search at the wrong things. They could have saved their own lives being aware that one is Half and the other is Full.
There isn't a single answer to this essay. However, there are some action items:
