Minecraft Save Game Files location on Mac OS
All Mac OS X versions can locate saved games at this location:
~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
To quickly jump to the destination, you can copy the file path into the Finder's Go To folder command (Command+Shift+G), or in Spotlight (command+spacebar).
This can also been accessed from Finder. To do this, pull down the Go menu and hold down Option. Then select "Library" and navigate to "Applications Support" and "Minecraft".
Minecraft Save Game File location on Windows PC
For a Windows PC, you can find the location of Minecraft saved game files at the following location:
C:UsersUSERNAMEAppDataRoaming.minecraft
Replace USERNAME by your user account.
You can also manually navigate into that directory by opening Windows Explorer.
You can add/remove saved game files on Mac and PC. They will be available when Minecraft opens in single player mode.
