I tried several tutorials, but none of them worked. I do everything correctly, but then i get this:
The file '/home/mike/Downloads/minecraft.jar' is not marked as executable. This file may not be safe to run if it was downloaded or copied from an unknown source. Read more about the executable bit.
I run the minecraft.jar with the Sun java runtime 6 but it doesnt work:/. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Your message is the most important part.

Command line
The command:
will make it executable. Make sure to read the second message.
GUI
If it is easier for you, you can also view the file with Nautilus and richt click it, open Properties, open the Permissions tab, and tick the box that says:
Execute: Allow you to execute file as a programming program.

Right click on the minecraft.jar property and execute file as program. This works for me and for others. Most likely this should get your minecraft to work.
