Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva, born on July 3, 1985 in Moscow was the first of two. Leyla Aliyeva founded the magazine 'Baku' in Moscow in 2007. The English-language version of the magazine, produced in collaboration with Conde Nast, was launched in London in October 2011. It offers the chance to learn more about Azerbaijani culture and art. Leyla Aliyeva Leyla created the "Fly to Baku", an exhibition of contemporary art from Azerbaijan in 2012. In 2008, Leyla Aliyeva became the General Coordinator of the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue and on April 18, 2009 she was elected Chairwoman of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia - AMOR that supports Azerbaijani students and youth who reside in the Russian Federation. Leyla Aliyeva was awarded the "Taraggiaward in July 2011 in recognition of her contribution to the improvement of Azerbaijani–Russian relations. In New York, in November 2011, she was awarded the "Key To Life Award" for her efforts to help the poor with children.

Leyla Alyeva was appointed UN Food and Agriculture Organization Goodwill Ambassador (FAO) on May 25, 2015.

She was presented with the Pushkin Medal of Russia on 20 October , 2015.
