Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Arzu Aliyeva visited several facilities in Baku

Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva, Vice President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President, visited today the special Boarding School No12 in Khazar District, and the summer camp for orphanages No1 located in the Shuvalan settlement. They visited also the Narimanov District psycho-neurological orphanage and the Downs Syndrome Association.

Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva, vice-presidents of the Foundation, visited first Khazar District special boarding School No12.

Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu were told by the facility that it has been educating children with disabilities since the year 1969.

Arzu Aliyeva The facility was repaired on the initiative of First Ladyand president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva in the year 2010.

The boarding school can house up to 141 children between the ages of 6 to 14 years old.

Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva spoke with the children prior to making their gifts for them from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
