Tell me more about yourself?

I completed my BA degree for 4 years in La Concepcion College where I gained knowledge regarding my degree program, this gives me a lot of improvement especially in communicating and conquered my fear in public speaking. Aside from that, I discovered my hidden skill which is managing people and this improves my leadership skills as well as my english skills that boosted my self confidence. Outside of the school, I am a youth leader and volunteered in any organizations such as in PPCRV as an encoder during election. Personally, I love writing prose and short stories, watching movies, exploring outside of my field and reading law books. Internally, I am adaptable, since I am a fast learner i can easily adapt new things that is new to my league, i can easily adjust and open in any opportunities. I am a trustworthy person, i know how to maintain the confidentiality of the informations that i have just read that i can apply with the employees' informations as well as the company's information to myself. And lastly, i am honest and can assure you that if i am successful in this interview. Overall, I am focused on my growth and gaining knowledge and experience in a decent company like yours.

Being new for this field, I keep my mind open to all that must be learned in order to improve the development of the organization and of myself. I firmly think that the relationship between the company and I is one of mutual benefit and cooperation, in which I learn new things while the business builds its reputation and increases its revenue over time.

I can be a valuable team player for your business owing to my human resource management degree, my experience as an assistant during my internship, and my other abilities. Aside from the fact that I have a positive work ethic, am trustworthy, and will deliver outstanding work, this is too exciting for me to work with you. Getting a job with your company is the most crucial thing for me. I greatly appreciate your company's reputation, working environment, and employee perks.

Why did you choose HR as your career?

Simply said, I enjoy working with people. I believe that HR would be a better fit for my skills given my personality and characteristics. Since managing people is what I love doing most, an HR position would be the greatest place for me to start given that in the future, I'd like to focus on employee development.

What is your edge among the other applicants?

I would say that my personality is an advantage for me. Perhaps my experience is less than that of other candidates for the position. But I always have a nice attitude, am passionate, and am a positive force in the workplace. In my experience, I can uplift my colleagues' spirits, and simply having me around increases productivity. In short, I am the group's mood-maker and I firmly think that when people are quite happy and enjoying their time at work, they always accomplish more. Additionally, I always do my duties on time, and I do not view anything adversely.
