Found clogged primary drain line. Cleared with nitrogen. Found 2 evap coils connected to one primary drain line. Recommend to install one more primary drain line for upstairs and use the old line for downstairs.
Found no power (1/2) for condensor. Replaced capacitor 45/5 mf. Need electricin to check the breaker
Installed new fan motor. Present time system OK.
Found clogged primary drain line. Cleared with nitrogen. Present time system OK.
Found bad control board. Must be replaced.
Offered 645 (-65) for new board. Customer will give us a call.

Fuses blown at disconnect box. Removed and replaced with 40 amp fuse. Secured all electrical connections, amped motor and compressor. Verified proper operation of the unit.
