Let me help you in that.
First you need to install Xfinity Xfi app in your mobile( it is purple color app).
Then you need to open the app then scroll down and you will see an option like Circle dot saying Connect.
Click on that, Then click on WI-FI networks.
Then you will see on your top right corner of the app Wi-Fi networks.

From here you can set your network for 2.4 Ghz or 5.0 Ghz or you can also use two different names for 2 different frequencies.
After setting you need to simply reset your modem by unplugging and wait for 30 sec and plugging it back.
And then your networks names should appear and you can use your network for 2.4 Ghz and 5.0 Ghz and connect with your devices.
