My friend was talking about clouds in the 1990's. He was referring to the song "fluffy clouds" by The Orb. The song was first released in 1990. It could be beneficial when you are limited on data on your mobile device. You might also want to limit the use of an app that makes use of Wi-Fi to only the times. However, most apps can reuse the earlier downloaded and streamed music when you play the music within a period of time which hasn't yet expired therefore there is small amount of merit in how they function. Do they have more value in the event that they're instantly available on my device?
