Communication is a huge issue. I'd venture to say that it's a dangerous hazard that is our own creation .. It begins just a second after making the first contact with someone and is concluded with a stunning explosion...
We make the biggest error of believing that we are fully aligned with our partners' expectations. There's one aspect, however, which we are in total accord with our partner in - he also doesn't miss an opportunity to widen the gap in expectations. .... And there is no one on the planet to warn us of the coming confrontation.
There are a variety of reasons for communication issues. They are usually related to our individual personalities. People with square personalities are more likely to confuse liberal ones, and individuals who are aggressive will have difficult to align expectations with those of passive people. This is easy to see that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, while aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.
But, what if they are very different, only they cannot realize that. There is a chance that there exists a gap in their personalities that is not known about. Nobody has ever found it, warned about or investigated it. !
Let me introduce you, ladies and gentlemen, to the new type of personality that we all have The FULL CIRCLE personality as opposed to the HALF-CIRCLE individuals. !

We humans are divided into two. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't believe that he needs an accomplice. Yes, he wants to be a part of a group and yes, he is always on the lookout for someone to share his life with. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... But, he can survive without the perfect partner until he finds one. Once he has found the perfect one and has found the right one, he'll be able to continue your life with a full circle of friends.

The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" kinds - (no it's not full circles that got damaged during the birth) The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types ... It's true they are in need of a partner They want a partner badly, yes, they are constantly and almost religious search to find a suitable partner... and , yes, it's as important in terms of national security for them to locate their ideal partner as they can't survive without one. When they find the miserable creature, they won't let go of it. They will move to almost physically integrate with their victim in order to form a happy circle... and do not give them the pleasure of living shoulder-to-shoulder! They won't compromise on being in a position to gaze at one with each other for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy can satisfy their need to connect to one another and create a whole.
Interesting observation between these two types: the decision to let go of a partner. The entire circle will surely let go of a partner who is losing their chemistry quickly. Half-a-circle types will, however redefine what having mutual in chemistry with their partners is referring to - 'I'm holding on to this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with a suitable upgrade'.
Imagine the amazing dance that occurs between a "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He pushed the Half out of his comfortable zone . Even though the Half believes that the Full made a wrong move, and he kindly compensated by making another step ahead, the Half is more worried and starts to feel angry. They are unable to describe their hurt and are unsure of the reason. They could have saved their lives being aware that one is Half and one is Full.
