Choose with patience the dream you would like to pursue. One of the most important stages of success in any venture is to make sure that it's the best choice for you. You have to be truly enthusiastic about your dream and believe it will succeed. It's more important than what business you choose to pursue that you believe in the concept behind. You can make changes along the way once you've started the journey. It is better to make adjustments and fix things in the early stages of the project rather before you have invested more money.

Rami Beracha’s advice to students at Herzliya’s Interdisciplinary Center is based on his own personal experience. Rami was a teenager who, decided to pursue law school. He was not sure if he chose the right option, but he continued his education in law, obtaining a Master's Degree in New York, then worked for an international law firm. His experiences at the Wall Street legal firm made him realize that business was his true passion. He left his job and moved to France to take on an MBA.

After graduating from college in 1996, Beracha started working at the Pitango Venture Capital Fund the largest venture capital investment fund. Pitango is an investment fund that invests early stage companies, in high-tech core areas. It has over 200 investments and 85 exits. Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000 , and for the next 18 years was in charge of numerous deals that resulted in success in the exits of large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom, Marvel, Cisco and Apple.

Then he didn't stop there. Globes presented Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner Award" in 2011 to recognize him as an influential investor. Rami established Sosa in 2014, a new initiative. Sosa operates innovation centers located in New York City and Tel Aviv which provide support to high-tech businesses looking for partners with international entrepreneurs interested in working with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently selected to run and construct the cyber center in New York City.

Although the past couple of years since the coronavirus first appeared have been tough economically, Rami Beracha believes that there always are new opportunities to be found. He suggests looking for a companies that have the potential to be a major disruptive digital, such as "Covid Long".
Beracha is currently working on a few new projects. Together with a group of business partners, he just created a blockchain-based venture capital investment fund in London. Beracha is now ready to take the next step after helping to establish Israel as a major technology hub. Beracha's outlook on business is reflected in the new fund. The fund says that they "know the technology, but only invest in mission-driven people." They seek to find enthusiastic businesses and help blockchain's quest to earn a place at the forefront new ideas.

Beracha is planning to launch an Middle Eastern fund for venture capital. He believes that now is the best moment to invest in the Arab market, after the agreement of the Abraham Accords by Israel and the United Arab Emirates. What better place for a start than the affluent and super modern Dubai? The fund, Ender Ventures as he calls it, will unite Israeli as well as European Investors to support UAE high-tech companies in artificial intelligence, virtual reality and robotics. Unique in its outlook for business, the United Arab Emirates is a unique country. Because of the low business tax and business-friendly legislation It is likely to draw many companies to its doors over the next few years.

Although Rami Beracha is a successful man today, his life was not always easy. As with many Israelis, Beracha joined the army at the age of a young. He was later a Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and participated in the Lebanon War. Rami was member of a rescue mission to aid wounded soldiers who were trapped in a minefield was a member of the Paratrooper's Brigade following the end of the war. Rami was unfortunate to fall on the mine in a cave and suffered a fractured foot and a hand injury.
His time in the rehabilitation hospital was one of the most difficult experiences in his entire life. He was unable to move and fell into despair and depression. All of his dreams of furthering his army career were lost to him, and he was unsure of who was he anymore. Rami did manage to get over his grief and discover the motivation to live and to pursue new goals. He made a decision to be stronger and more efficient than he was before his injuries. Rami was able to test out extreme sports. He has now discovered kitesurfing and snowboarding, and has even been on the mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. He's always looking to improve his skills and believes that his previous unwounded self is driving him along.

He donates money and volunteers in numerous organizations. He is extremely passionate about helping young men who, like himself were wounded during combat. Rami headed an army unit that helped injured soldiers on a 2016 journey to Nepal. He was promoted to the rank of major in the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army in 2018. The dreams he had as young people were able to occur, despite all of the obstacles he had to face. His story and his passion are a source of inspiration to many. Rami didn't allow his injuries to hinder him; he continued learning and trying different things until he was stronger than ever.
