'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

This blog is written by Rami Beracha, a venture capitalist from the world. Rami is the Co-Founder of Sosa.
Communication issues are a major issue. It's a minefield that we've created. It begins seconds after our first contact with someone and culminates in an incredible explosion...

We make the biggest mistake of believing that we are fully aligned with our partners' expectations. We're usually completely in sync with our counterpart, minus one aspect that he does not overlook the chance to increase the gap in expectations . We're not notified by anyone.
There are many causes of confusion. They usually are related to our individual personalities. People who are squared are more likely than those with liberal personalities to be misinformed, while aggressive personalities might have trouble in coordinating expectations with passive. This isn't difficult to spot - we know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.

What if they were very different? Consider if there's a personality gap. This isn't something anyone has investigated or warned about, nor discovered. !
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen to a new type personality we all have: the FULL CIRCLE personalities in contrast to the half-circular personalities. !
Note : This is a guide to behavior. After reading the following article Try to figure out which type of personality best describes you. Additionally, you should identify your partner in your life. If you find that you are of different types and you are not happy. It could be the reason for many of your differences. If, on one hand you're of similar to one another, then I am sorry to say that I am unable to help you figure out the reason why your relationships appear to be so terrible.
Now we are...
Two kinds of human beings are there. Some people are 'full-circle', which is a self-contained person who feels completely at home being all by himself. Yes, he needs to be around someone else, and yes, he's always in search of one. Absolutely! It's all true ... However, he cannot survive without his dream companion until he can find one. After he has found his dream partner He wants to live his life shoulder-to-shoulder with his - hopefully complete circle - partner.
Half-a-circle people make up the other half of humankind. Once they find the awful creature that they have found, they won't give up! In order to make one happy circle, they almost integrate with the victims... but don't let them do this bullshit of living side-by-side! The Halves don't want to sacrifice anything other than staring at each opposite from a distance of a single pixel throughout their lives. Their desire to become one with their partner and make a complete unit can only be fulfilled by something less intimate.
Interesting observation between these two typesof people: the decision to let go of a partner. The whole circle will typically let go of a partner with whom he has lost their chemistry rapidly. Half-circles, however redefine what having mutual in chemistry with their partners is referring to - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with a suitable upgrade'.

Imagine the incredible dance that happens when the "half" and "full" circle attempt to make each other their counterparts. They are not aware of their different perspectives. The Half makes two leaps in the air, way away from the safety zone of his Full who finds this sudden invasion of his personal space too terrifying. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Problem is, he made the Half step outside of his familiar zone ...... The Half realizes that the Full has made an innocent error, so the Half takes a second step backwards.. However, the Half quickly gets angry and starts to make an even bigger and more aggressive step.. Both are aware of the reason, but they lack proper terms. They're unable to adequately explain their anguish so they look for the wrong thing. They could have saved their own lives knowing that one half and the other is Full.

This essay doesn't have a conclusive conclusion. However it does contain some action items.

2. Find out about your friend
3. Know the difference.
3. Respect the difference!
One conclusion could be drawn"Live and let live.
