The most common mistake we make is to think that we are completely aligned in our expectations of each other without trying to figure out what our counterparts expect from us. The one thing we do agree on is that our partner does not miss the chance to expand this expectation gap ..... And no one is there to warn us about the imminent confrontation.
There are many causes for communication issues, and the majority of them are related to our personality. People who are squared are more likely than those with liberal personalities to miscommunicate, and individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty in coordinating expectations with passive. However, this is not difficult to identify - we all know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.

Humans are divided into two groups. Some of us are the "full-circle" types which is a person who is completely comfortable alone. It is true that he may need a partner. Absolutely! 100% true! ... However, until he's found his ideal partner, he CAN survive without one. Once he has found the person of his dreams He wants to share his life with his hopefully complete circle - partner.
The "half a circle" individuals on the opposite side have a partner. When they find the miserable creature, THEY DO NOT LET GO! To form the illusion of a happy circle, they will try to integrate their victim physically. They'll not be compromising on being able to stare at each with each other for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy can fill their need for connection with one another and form one whole.
The decision to let go is an everyday occurrence. A partner who has lost their chemistry within the circle will be dismissed naturally by the whole circle. The half-circle types, on the other hand, will redefine the definition of having mutual chemistry with their companions' to be - 'im hanging on to this B..ST..RD until I can safely replace him with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine to yourself the unbelievable dance taking place when two people, a "half-a-circle" and a "full-circle" attempt to make one each other their partner, without being aware of their differing geometries: the Half joyfully moves two steps ahead and over the comfortable zone of the Full who considers this unwelcome invasion into his own personal space a bit too intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half step out of his comfort zone ...... The Half realizes that the Full was making an innocent mistake, so they take another step backwards.. However, the Half is soon upset and begins to take an even bigger and more aggressive step.. They understand why, but due to in the absence of a proper term they are unable to adequately explain their frustration and go to the wrong places! They could have avoided their own misery by knowing the difference between Full and Half.
