Make sure you take your time choosing the dream you want to pursue. The first step to making sure you succeed with your new venture is to be certain it's the right thing for you. It is crucial that you're a believer in your vision and believe it's possible to be successful. More important than your venture choice is how much you believe in the idea. Once you've started your journey, don't be afraid to make changes when you get there. Better to tweak and correct things at the beginning rather before you spend time and money.
Rami Beracha
Rami Beracha's tips are based on his personal experiences. Rami started his law studies at the age of teenager. Although he was unsure if it was the best path to pursue, he decided to continue his studies in law, obtaining an MBA in New York and worked as an intern in an international law firm. He realized that he had a passion more in business than law while working in the Wall Street law firm. He quit his job in order to travel to France to get an MBA.
In 1996, after graduating, Beracha started working for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is Israel's largest venture capital investment fund. Pitango works with companies in the early stages of their development, with a focus on the core sectors within high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and has made over 85 exits. Rami was promoted to managing partner in 2000. Over the next 18-years the company was involved in a variety of deals that resulted in successful exits for Fortune 500 companies like Broadcom, Marvel and Cisco.

Rami Beracha
Rami Belacha's challenging Past
Today, Rami Beracha seems to be a hit in almost everything he has chosen. However, his path wasn't always so simple. Beracha, like most Israelis was a soldier in the army when he was just a young man. He was a combat soldier in Paratrooper's Brigade during the Lebanon War. Rami joined a rescue party that was sent to help soldiers injured in a wild minefield in 1983. It was just following the end of war. Rami however, fell onto a mine that was hidden beneath his feet. He was seriously injured.
He was admitted to the hospital for rehabilitation, and it was one of the most challenging times in his life. He was unable to move and was overcome by sadness and depression. He didn't realize who he was anymore and all his dreams of making progress in his army career appeared to be dead. Rami discovered the strength to dream and live despite his suffering. He decided to become even better and even stronger than before his injuries. Rami experimented with various extreme sports. He now enjoys kitesurfing and snowboarding, and has gone up Mount Kilimanjaro. He often feels like his past that is unresolved has pushed forward, even as the effort to get better.
He makes donations and volunteers for many organisations and is extremely passionate about helping young men who, like himself, were wounded in combat. In 2016 Rami took the group of men who sustained injuries while on army service on a trip to Nepal. In the year 2018, Rami was elevated to the rank of Major within the Israeli Army's Paratrooper as well as Fire Brigades. In spite of the difficulties he faced and the challenges he faced, his dream was realized when he was a teenager. His story and passion are a great inspiration to everyone who reads about them. Rami did not let her injuries stop her from pursuing her dreams. He kept trying new methods, learning and growing until he was more resilient than before.
