Our biggest mistake is that, with no reason whatsoever, we nearly always assume that we are in complete agreement with the expectations of both parties without trying to discern our partner's brain in order to understand what his expectations of us. The one thing we do have in common is that our counterpart doesn't miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations ..... There is no one to warn us about the coming clash.
There are many causes of communication issues. They're usually due to our personal personalities. People with square personalities are more likely to communicate in a misguided manner than liberal personalities, while individuals who are aggressive may have trouble in coordinating their expectations with the expectations of passive people. This isn't difficult to identify - we all know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.
Imagine if they were very different? It is possible that there exists a gap in personality between them that exists however, we aren't aware about it. This isn't something anybody has researched or even discovered. !

There are two kinds of human beings human beings. There are two kinds of human beings that are the full circle type, who is totally self-contained and completely comfortable being by themselves. He requires a companion. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... However, he will not be able to survive without a suitable partner. He would like to live his life with his love, and he is hopeful to complete his circle.

The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" kind of people (not to be confused with "half-a-circle") (no it's not full circles that got damaged during the delivery) The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types ... It's true they are in need of partners, yes, they want an ally desperately, yes, they're constantly, almost religious, search for a new partner... and yes it's on the same scale for national security that they find their partner because they simply cannot live without one. Once they have found the miserable creature and they are unable to let go! To form a happy circle, they'll try to integrate their victim physically. The Halves will never compromise their affection for one another. They will look at each one another in the same manner from a distance for the rest. Their desire to become one with their partner and make a complete unit can only be fulfilled by an intimate relationship.

Interesting observation between the two types: the decision to let go of a partner. The full circle is likely to let go relatively quickly from a partner he lost the chemistry of. The half-circle kind of person will redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They'll say they're holding on to this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with a more effective upgrade.
Imagine the dance where the half-circle and the full circle are trying to make their partner feel happy. But, the Half is able to move two steps ahead of the comfort zone. The unexpected intrusion into his personal space is a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he accomplished this by removing the Half of his comfortable zone . As the Half thinks that the Full committed an error that was not his fault and responded with a step forward the Half becomes annoyed and take a step backward.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. They understand why, but due to lack of proper terminology and the inability to properly describe their plight and turn to the wrong places! They could have escaped in the event that they knew the difference between Full and Half.
