Miscommunication is a big issue. It's a minefield that we've have created. It starts just seconds after our first contact with someone and culminates in an incredible explosion...
Our biggest mistake is that, without reason whatsoever, we nearly always assume that we are in complete agreement with the expectations of both sides without trying to discern our partner's mind to understand what his expectations of us. However, there is one thing we can almost always are in agreement on: he won't ignore the chance ....to widen the expectation gap There's no one on the planet to warn us of the coming conflict.
There are many possible sources of miscommunication. The majority of them are caused by differences in our personalities. People who are squared are more likely than liberal personalities to communicate poorly, while people who are aggressive might have difficulties aligning expectations with passive. But, this isn't difficult to recognize - we all know the difference between liberal and squared and active from passive.

However, they might not even realize they're different. There is a chance that there exists a gap in their personalities that we aren't aware of. It has never been discovered and has never been reported or investigated by anyone. !
Ladies and gentlemen! Let me introduce you to a new personality kind that we all have in common. The FULL CIRCLE personalities differ from the half CLIRCLE characters. !

Humans are divided into two categories. There are those who are "full-circle' who are a self-contained person who is completely at home all by his own. Yes, he needs to be with someone, and yes, he's always seeking one. Absolutely! All true! ... He is still able to survive without the perfect partner. Once he's discovered one, he'd like to continue living his life by his side with his - hopefully full circle - of friends.

The "half a circle" individuals on the opposite side have a partner. Once they find the miserable animal, they will not let go! They will move to almost physically join their victim in order to form one happy circle... and don't give them this bullshit of living shoulder to shoulder! They will not compromise their desire to be in a position to gaze at one others for the rest of their lives. Anything less intimate will give them the desire to connect with one another and form an entire.
A striking difference between the two is the decision to end a relationship. Someone who is no longer chemistry-wise within the circle will be released easily by the entire circle. The half-circle's on the other hand redefine the concept of 'having chemistry' with their partners to be: 'I'm hanging onto this B..ST..RD. Until I can replace him properly'.
Imagine the dance where two half-circles and a complete circle are trying to make their partner feel happy. But, the Half can make two steps to the left of the comfort zone. The unexpected intrusion into the privacy of his own is a bit daunting. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Only problem is that by taking the Half from his comfort zone. Once .... The Half is convinced that the Full has made an innocent mistake. When he take a step to make up for it with a step forward. However, the Full starts to get angry and make another, bigger step backward.. the Half begins to realize that there's something wrong regarding what's happening here and his next step isn't exactly gentle.. The Full.. the Half.. the Half and the Full are irritated with each other. The Full and the Half understand why, but aren't using the correct language. They can't properly explain their feelings, so they search for the wrong thing. The victims could have been saved if they had known that the one they are looking for is Half and the other is full.
There is no single conclusion to this essay , but there are some action items:
1. Find out more about who you are
2. Find out who your real partner is.
