We make the biggest error of thinking that we are completely in line with the expectations of our partners. One thing we can have in common is that our counterpart is not afraid to increase the gap in expectations ..... There's nobody to inform us of the imminent clash.
There are many causes of communication issues, but they are generally due to our individual personalities. People who are square are more likely to not to communicate well with liberal people. People who are aggressive may find it difficult to align expectations with passive individuals. This is easy to see - squared can be distinguished from liberal, while aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.
They may not be aware that they're so different. There is a chance that there exists an individual gap in personality that we do not know about. Nobody has ever noticed it, warned others about it, or investigated it...NOT be a FRAUD! !
Let me introduce you ladies and gentlemen, to an entirely new kind of personality we all share the FULL CIRCLE characters in contrast to the half-circular personalities. !

Two categories of human beings can be classified as human. Some of us fall into the "full-circle" category, which is an individual who is totally independent and doesn't believe that needing to have a partner. Sure, he needs the support of a partner. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... But, he can survive without the perfect partner until he does. When he finds the perfect one and has found the right one, he'll be able to enjoy his life with his full circle of companions.

The "half a circle" individuals on the opposite side have to find a companion. Once they've found the miserable creature and they are determined to keep go of it. To form an encircling circle, they'll attempt to integrate their victim physically. The Halves aren't willing to sacrifice anything other than starring one at the other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy will satisfy their need to connect with one another and form an entire.
An interesting observation among the kinds is the way they choose to part ways with their partner. The full circle is likely to release themselves quickly from the person he has lost his chemistry with. Half-circles on the other side will redefine the notion of having the same chemistry' as their partners to be: 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD. Until I can replace him properly'.
Imagine the most amazing dance, in which a "half a-circle", and a 'full-circle" are trying to make each other, without being aware of their differing geometries. The Half is smiling and takes two steps forward. The Full is a bit frightened by this unwelcome invasion to be a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he made the Half step out of his familiar area ...... The Half is aware that the Full made an innocent error, so the Half takes a second step backwards.. However, the Half quickly gets angry and begins to take a bigger, more aggressive step.. They are aware of the reason, but due to lack of proper terminology they are unable to adequately explain their agony and they turn towards the wrong directions! They could be a lot easier for them to live if they knew the difference between Half and Full.
