Pitango, which focuses on companies that are in the early stages of that are developing the core areas of high-tech and has received more than 200 investments from investors and has exited more than 85 companies so far. Rami became the managing partner in 2000 , and for the next 18 years, he lead numerous deals that resulted in successful exits to fortune 500 giants such as Broadcom, Marvel, Cisco and Apple.

Rami founded Sosa in 2014 to launch a new initiative. Sosa operates innovation centers in New York City and Tel Aviv and provides assistance to high-tech companies searching for partners with international entrepreneurs interested in working with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently selected to construct and manage the cyber center in New York City.

Presently, Rami Beracha seems to be a success in almost every area he's chosen. But his life was not always simple. Beracha joined army as an untrained young man, like most Israelis. He was a combat soldier in the Paratrooper's Brigade and fought through the Lebanon War. Rami was member of a rescue mission sent to assist wounded soldiers in a dangerous minefield, joined the Paratrooper's Brigade following the end of the war. Rami unfortunately stepped on hidden mines, and fell, and lost his foot as well as his hand.

His time in the rehabilitation hospital was one of the most difficult experiences in his entire life. He was unable to walk and began to feel depressed and despairing. All of his dreams of building his army career were lost and he didn't know who he was anymore. The suffering of Rami helped him discover the passion and drive to live his life and make new dreams. Rami decided to make his life better and more satisfying than it was before the injuries. Rami decided to take on extreme sports. He is now a fan of kitesurfing, snowboarding and has been on the mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. He's always striving to get better at his sport and is feeling like his former healthy self is driving him forward.

He makes donations and volunteers for many organisations and is extremely dedicated to helping young men, just like him, were wounded in combat. Rami led a team of soldiers who sustained injuries while serving in the military in Nepal in 2016. In 2018 , he was awarded the rank of major in the fire brigades and paratroopers within the Israeli military. He had his dreams as an aspiring young man, and they came through despite the numerous challenges. His story and passion provide inspiration to other people. Rami did not let his injuries slow him from achieving his goals. He kept learning and experimenting until he finally became stronger than ever.
