Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun serves as the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Kazakshtan in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company had been involved in a significant energy project for the Moldovan region in the year 2000. Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun was one the founders and the Director of "ITERA - Moldova Company".
