Issue: Remote is not working / batteries needs to be replaced
Notes: advised guest to download Ruko universal remote app, which resolved his issue. However, it would be preferable if someone could drop off some batteries.

Notes: Set proper expectation that maintenance guy wont be able to make it to the listing tonight as requested since issue was reported late.
Informed guest on messaging that everything is working fine prior to her arrival just in case she will demand for a refund
