WoW Private Servers - Top Ten

WoW is short for Worlds of Warcraft. It's time you tried it. Beginners and experts alike will fall in love with at least one of the following ten WoW private servers. They are hands down the most popular WoW private servers due to their outstanding infrastructure, development, and active community. They have thousands of active players in-game and on forum at any time of the day. They provide greater security by having a dedicated DDoS mitigation mechanism. They have three Wrath of the Lich King realms, Lordaeron Deathwing, Ragnaros, and four Catacylsm realms, Neltharion Sargeras Frostwolf, Neltharion Sargeras and Warsong. Feenix has over 6,000 players daily and boasts a community of 30,000 gamers. They have two Vanilla realms (Warsong and Al'Akir) and one Burning Crusade realm (Archangel). Their Vanilla realm features include blizzlike raiding commands, battlegrounds that are active day and night and blizzlike classic honour system. They also have an anti-cheat engine made specifically for Feenix. There are also 10/20/40 man raids happening around the clock. Burning Crusade realm features consist of blizzlike TBC area system, fully functioning outdoor PvP system, 10/25 raids occurring round the clock, and the fully functional Pathfinding system. Pandashan is one of the very few private servers that supports the Mists of Pandaria expansion. The server has a high and continuous population. It has decent player support and very few bugs, thanks to their bug tracker. Their forum area is well-designed and shows passion for the project. They have a nice shop area with all sorts of offerings including name change, customization, powerlevels, weapons, heirblooms, leather armors, cloth armors, mail armors, mounts and pet species. OmegaWoW runs the Wrath of The Lich King expansion. They offer PvP and PvE events, as well as exceptional weekend events. They have a solid and large population. The stats are displayed right on the main page. They also have a Facebook page and Facebook events. They are one of few WoW private servers that will allow migration of characters from other servers although they must have an XP rate of 15x XP or less. Sometimes they will allow whole guilds to be migrated.

This server's main page is a marvellous resource. It contains helpful information such polls, game stats (recent posts to the Shoutbox), surveys, player requirements, and FAQ. They have a nice voting feature in that they double rewards for voting during the first three days of every month. They offer six realms: Wrath of The Lich King (Eternal Redemption, Genesis, Remorse, Redemption, Genesis, and Remorse), Cataclysm, (Ruin, Damnation), and Cataclysm. WoWBEEZ is one of the oldest private servers there is. They provide great support for their users. They currently support all versions except Mists of Pandaria. The server's staff is very friendly and helpful. You can find trailers and video previews of the different realms in the server info area. Each trailer is approximately 2 minutes long and includes realm rates and other information. They also have a Facebook Page and offer many fun events. They have zero tolerance of trolls. This is a great policy. They also offer rewards and voting points each month.

Excalibur's Mumble server allows for free voice chat. This server has provided the Burning Crusade realm for 5 years. Some players might find this annoying, but others may find it an advantage for balanced play. The server has a 1Gb/s connection and is quite stable. Friendly players and Game Masters are always available to assist you. They are always available for assistance and advice. It doesn't have many players, but you can see the stats from the main page. This server just celebrated their 5th anniversary in July 2013 which is a nice accomplishment. Their server statistics are listed on the main page. They are a high-rate Blizzlike private server that strives to be as close to the original game as possible while improving things to make it a bit more interesting. The main page also contains the top five PVP teams and top five arena teams, 2v2,3v3 and 5v5. LastWoW is one of the most populated private servers running the Burning Crusade expansion. They offer arena seasons as well as all the Burning Crusade content. They also have a complex arena rating system.

The server supports instant level 80. It currently supports the WoTLK expansion. Friendly GMs provide a variety of in-game events, both for PvP as well as PvE. It is a private server for high-population that is often updated. It is a PvP-focused community where everyone can reach the goals they desire.
