Nachdem eine Strafanzeige wegen Eingehungsbetrugs nach § 263 StGB im Januar 2022 gegen meinen Schuldner gestellt wurde, passierte nichts mehr. Auf meine E-Mail Nachfrage am 02.08.2022, ob der Schuldner nunmehr endlich informiert wurde das der Vorgang von der Weber Forderungs Management, bzw. der Fa. ZAK Inkasso Group Corp. Europa übernommen wurde, erhielt ich von Herrn Thomas (ZAK) Schmidt massive Morddrohungen.
