Seven Card Stud Poker
After the blinds are placed, the dealer will then start to deal the hole cards to each of the players. Like any other poker variant, players do not have five cards. Instead, they have two cards. Therefore, it is important to combine the hole cards and the community cards.

After the first betting round is over, the dealer places 3 cards face down in the middle of each table. This is known as the "flop". All players will share these 3 cards in order to make their final hands. The players now have 5 cards from the 7 available, and they have a good idea of how their hand is developing. Once the game begins, a dealer will be assigned. At the end of each hand the dealer changes to the next player to the current dealers left. Each player is dealt a total of seven cards, with three being face down so that only the player can see, and the remaining four being dealt face up so that everyone can see. Players use any five of the seven cards they hold to make the best possible poker hand. The game can also be played in a hi/lo mode.
