Chris Oyakhilome Biography. The Man. The Mentor. The teacher. The Philanthropist.

Pastor of faith, healer of the sick and writer, Chris Oyakhilome is known to his fans as Pastor Chris. He is also the president of LoveWorld Incorporated. Also called Christ Embassy. It is located in Lagos. He has inspired millions across the globe with his unique interpretation of God's Word.

Pastor Chris The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a child of faith, who was raised by a loving family and was supported by his parents. He is the son of Elder T.E Oyakhilome who was one of the founders of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City. Angelina and the matriarch Oyakhilome were also his parents. The divine grace of her mother was passed down to her son at an early age.

The whole family is actively engaged with the LoveWorld ministry. Reverend Ken is Ken's older brother and an active member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is director at the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. This organization houses a variety of gospel artists, who are among the top sellers globally.

Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon is following to follow the route of her father in spreading the gospel of God to the world. Oyakhilome Chris Oyakhilome Family Also known as CSO, she is a gospel singer who has won awards and a member of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship to pursue studies at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There he earned an BSc. in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science. He is also an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He was called from God to join the ministry and to serve the Lord.

The Man of God who was still a student at university started what would become one the most important churches in the entire world. A small group of prayer known as Youth for Christ’ was established. It would develop to become one of the largest and most popular groups on campus. LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions with the founding of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.

Pastor Chris led the LoveWorld ministry to become the pioneer of satellite television and Christian production of television. LOVEWORLDSAT was the first Christian television station broadcasting out of Africa all day long on free-to-air channels. There are currently LoveWorld television stations available across satellite and cable networks across the globe.


Christ Embassy has a strong presence in Pastor Chris's homeland of Nigeria, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome The ministry has two healing schools, which are based in South Africa.

Chris Oyakhilome Music and Gospel Music play an integral aspect of worship. Pastor Chris encourages Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry choir to train. Many of the vocalists have been successful as soloists under the guidance of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's guidance.

The Future African Leaders Foundation, (FALF), is an organization that seeks to continue the work of Pastor Chris. It is aimed at identifying and developing talented, young leaders and preparing them to lead for a positive future by recognizing and assisting them in their amazing achievements. Pastor Chris is investing in the young people of today to help them become the leaders of the future.

A committed philanthropist Pastor Chris Oyakhilome founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International (COFI) which is Non-profit, non-governmental, non-profit organization with the mission to help the most vulnerable individuals as well as communities in the most deprived regions and countries around the globe.

In addition to preaching the Gospel as well as preaching the Gospel, as well as preaching the Gospel, Man of God has created NGOs with a an aim of providing vital services and hope to the vulnerable, needy and lost souls. COFI is supported by five partners, all of whom are dedicated to improving living standards in remote regions.
